Step 1 – Start a Yourdents Account
Dentists and/or dental technicians can call (insert number) to start an account.

Step 2 – Meeting our Account Manager
One of our account managers will visit you at a convenient time within 48-hours of registration to explain the Yourdents process. We will show you some examples of our crown and bridge work so you can see the quality for yourself. We will also give you a tour of the website and show you how to use it.

Step 3 – Login
Yourdents will give you a unique login code that gives you secure access to our online portal.

Step 4 – Place Order
Once an order is placed, our team in Shenzen is instantly notified. If you have questions before you place an order, you can send an email and receive a prompt response. Our team in the Netherlands is always available for questions or further assistance.

Step 5 – Lab work begins
Once an order has been placed, the lab team in Shenzen begins work immediately.

Step 6 – Print order & send silicone or rubber impressions (where possible)
Please print the order and send silicone/rubber impressions as soon as possible. Once received, we ship this to Shenzen immediately. Please DO NOT put your lab order forms in with wet impressions.

Step 7 – Yourdents receives Order
Each week, Yourdents receives a shipment from Shenzen with new orders.

Step 8 – Delivery
Yourdents will guarantee your order in your practice within ten days from date of order. We ship all packages using a courier to ensure the safety of your product.

Step 9 – Invoicing
Once the order is delivered, you will receive an invoice. Our payment terms are 30 days.

We are so confident in the quality of our products and workmanship, all crown and bridge cases are guaranteed for 5 years. Warranties will not be issued if the impressions are deemed unsatisfactory by Yourdents or if the material chosen for the case is unsuitable.
